& Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ck444g platform — including the website at ck444g.app, any associated mobile interfaces, and all games, betting markets, and promotional services offered therein — you ("the Player") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with ck444g's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all players who access ck444g from Bangladesh, including players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh, as well as any other location from which ck444g services are accessible. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ck444g is legal in their jurisdiction.

ck444g reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of this document will always be accessible at ck444g.app/terms-conditions. Changes become effective upon publication. Your continued use of ck444g after any modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of their obligations.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions or any future amendment thereof, your sole and exclusive remedy is to immediately discontinue all use of ck444g and, if applicable, request account closure by contacting support@ck444g.app.

To register and maintain an account on ck444g, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity;
• You are accessing ck444g from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously had a ck444g account suspended or permanently closed for Terms & Conditions violations;
• You are not classified as a vulnerable person or a compulsive gambler under any self-exclusion programme, whether administered by ck444g or any third-party responsible gaming organisation;
• You are not employed by ck444g, nor are you a close family member of any ck444g employee.

ck444g employs age verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account where the registered player cannot provide satisfactory proof of age when requested will be suspended pending verification. Any funds deposited to an account subsequently determined to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be returned to the original payment method, with no entitlement to any winnings accrued.

ck444g actively supports the protection of minors. If you believe a person under the age of 18 has accessed or is using ck444g, please contact us immediately at support@ck444g.app.

To access the full range of ck444g services, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

Each player is strictly limited to one registered account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ck444g reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately and void any pending bets, bonus balances, or withdrawable winnings.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: ck444g is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires submission of at least one of the following valid documents:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back;
• Valid Bangladesh passport (bio-data page);
• Bangladesh driving licence (where accepted as a secondary document).

In addition, ck444g may request proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months) and proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot confirming bKash or Nagad account registration under your name). KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered digital format. Edited, cropped, or otherwise manipulated documents will not be accepted and may result in permanent account suspension.

ck444g reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during a player's account lifecycle — not solely at withdrawal. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in any ck444g communication may be temporarily restricted from deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck444g login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ck444g immediately at support@ck444g.app. ck444g accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to safeguard their credentials.

All financial transactions on ck444g are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ck444g does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Deposits made via payment methods that process in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and the Player bears any associated conversion costs.

Accepted Deposit Methods: ck444g currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each method and are displayed within the ck444g cashier interface. Deposit limits are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that (a) is registered in the Player's own name, and (b) matches the method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ck444g reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request, including but not limited to source-of-funds declarations for large transactions.

Processing Times: ck444g aims to process withdrawal requests within one to three (1–3) Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days following successful KYC verification and internal review. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required. ck444g accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the Player's payment provider.

Refused Transactions: ck444g reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, terms abuse, or a technical error. Players will be notified of any such action via their registered contact details, and the relevant funds will be held securely pending investigation or returned to source.

Players acknowledge that ck444g is not a financial institution and that account balances held on the platform do not accrue interest. ck444g is not liable for any loss resulting from fluctuations in exchange rates, payment provider downtime, or banking system delays beyond ck444g's reasonable control.

ck444g offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of offer, which supplement and are read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a ck444g account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion's dedicated terms page. Bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently voided, cancelled, or result in a draw may not count towards wagering requirements.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are intended for individual recreational players only. Players found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — will forfeit all bonus amounts and associated winnings, and may have their accounts permanently closed.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that have not been converted to withdrawable funds by the expiry date will be removed from the Player's account automatically. ck444g is under no obligation to notify Players when bonuses are approaching expiry, though it may choose to do so as a courtesy.

ck444g reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice. ck444g further reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus credited to a Player's account where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, in error, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

By using ck444g, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process;
• Registering or operating more than one ck444g account, whether under your own identity or a fictitious identity;
• Using ck444g for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in ck444g's platform to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players or third parties;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate deposit transactions with your payment provider;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ck444g staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to access any ck444g system, server, or database without authorisation;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls.

ck444g reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During the course of an investigation, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, ck444g may take any or all of the following actions: permanently close the account; void all pending and settled bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct; confiscate the account balance; and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

You further agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the ck444g platform — including game content, odds data, betting markets, and promotional materials — without ck444g's prior written consent.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your ck444g account at any time by contacting support@ck444g.app. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with ck444g's standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure request will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the ck444g platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, six months, one year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed by ck444g's support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be closed to all activity and ck444g will take reasonable steps to prevent reactivation for the duration of the exclusion. Involuntary Suspension or Closure: ck444g reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe;
• ck444g has reason to believe the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes;
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations necessitate account closure;
• The Player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Inactive Account Policy: Accounts that have recorded no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. ck444g may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable policy, provided that the account balance will not be reduced below zero. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee, allowing them the opportunity to reactivate their account.

ck444g provides its platform on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While ck444g takes all reasonable technical measures to ensure continuous, reliable service, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability from time to time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck444g's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by that Player into their ck444g account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ck444g shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the ck444g platform, even if ck444g has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ck444g is not responsible for the conduct, content, or practices of any third-party game providers, payment processors, or other external services that integrate with the ck444g platform. Any dispute arising from the functionality of a specific game title should be directed to the relevant game studio in addition to ck444g's support team.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ck444g's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.
